onduline maintenance free corrugated roofing sheets ( 15 years
manufacturers guarantee ).
Walls : -
Eave heights are 1.8m or 2.1m as standard, constructed of 3 x 2 (
75 x 50mm ) p.a.r. tanalised timber uprights at 24" (600) centres
and clad with 125 x 17mm pressure impregnated tanalised redwood
shiplap. Rainwater skirt to all exposed brickwork to prevent water
penetration at base.
Windows : -
Fixed or fully opening window in redwood frame for added
ventilation.
