Winsor stables and loose boxes

Roof:- 4 x 2 ( 100 x 50mm ) P.A.R. tanalised timber purlins and gable ends on prefabricated trusses with black onduline maintenance free corrugated roofing which carries a 15 year manufacturers' guarantee. Alternative roof finishes include coloured onduline ( red, brown, or green ), felt and boarded roofs, felt tiles, cedar shingles etc., roof construction can also be adapted to allow for traditional clay or slate tiles etc.,. Walls : - 4 x 2 ( 100 x 50mm ) P.A.R. tanalised timber frame ( diagonal braces fitted when supporting tile roof ). Clad with 19mm pressure impregnated tanalised redwood shiplap fixed with rust resisting annular ringed nails. Rainwater skirt to all exposed brickwork to prevent water penetration at base. Kickboards : - Fully lined to loose boxes with 18mm kickboards to eaves. Tack room and hay stores are not lined as standard but can be lined as an optional extra. Window : - 0.880m x 0.880m ( 34.5" x 34.5" ) fully opening from the outside with 6 No: louver, all protected with galvanised metal grill. Doors : - Height to the top of the 'Winsor' range stable doors is 2.100m x 1.200m wide ( 7' x 4' ), with 12mm ply lining to top and bottom doors. Anti-chew strips are fitted to top of stable door and frame and extend to 0.400m (15" ) down from the top of the bottom door. Heavy galvanised hook and band hinges, auto lock animal bolts and kick over bolts are fitted to bottom door with padlock bolt to top door. Door hooks are fitted to both doors. Canopy : - Canopy extends to 1200mm and is clad with 19mm tanalised redwood T.G.&V. Gutters are fitted to front and back as standard. Ventilation: - Louvered ventilation grills are fitted to both gable ends. Dimensions : - 'Winsor' range stables measure 3.75m x 3.75m ( 12'5" x 12'5" ) externally. Height to eaves 2.450m ( 8' ) and 3.400m ( 11' ) to ridge ( excluding brickwork ).
