Roof:- 4"x 2" ( 100 x 50mm ) p.a.r. tanalised timber purlins and gable ends on prefabricated trusses with black onduline maintenance free corrugated roofing which carries a 15 year manufacturers guarantee. Alternative roof finishes include coloured onduline ( red, brown, green or grey ), felt and boarded roofs, felt tiles, cedar shingles etc.. Roof construction can also be adapted to allow for traditional clay or slate tiles etc.. Walls : - Eave heights are 2.1m or 2.4m as standard. 4 x 2 ( 100 x 50mm ) p.a.r. tanalised timber frame ( diagonal braces fitted when supporting tile roof ). Clad with 19mm pressure impregnated tanalised redwood shiplap fixed with rust resisting annular ringed nails. Rainwater skirt to all exposed brickwork to prevent water penetration at base. Window : - Come fixed as standard but can be adjusted to your requirements. Doors : - Doors are frame ledge and braced and vary according to size of garage.
